Working With A Recruiter
Lockhart Associates is a recruiting firm specializing in full-time permanent placement. What that means to the job seeker is that the day you start, you are an employee of the company, not a temporary. As a candidate of Lockhart Associates, you will be required to complete our application and provide professional references that can verify your business experience and conduct.
If you are selected for an interview with our client, you are expected to arrive 10 minutes prior to your interview time, dress professionally, and follow-up with your recruiter immediately following the interview. You should also send a thank you letter to the interviewer. Failure to do these things, will decrease your chances of getting the job.
Our candidates are expected to perform ethically on the job and to be committed to the job they accept. Employment decisions are long-term and should not be taken lightly. As of the start date, our candidates are employees of our client and are no longer considered our candidates and will not be sought for future opportunities for which Lockhart Associates may be recruiting.
Lockhart Associates will verify employment and call references. As may be required by our client, we can check driving records, criminal history and request a drug screen. Please be aware that choosing to work through us, you are agreeing to provide any information necessary. Candidates providing false or inaccurate information will be removed from our database.
